Join Ecolab’s Corporate Logistics team as a Jr Logistics Analyst. This role is essential in managing returns and maintaining effective communication with carriers and internal partners.
What You Will Do:
Handle requests from carriers and internal partners regarding returns and refusals, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Monitor Transportation Management System (TMS) and reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Monitor team mailbox for TL & DM refusals; respond as appropriate by creating returns and contacting consignees or field representatives for assistance
Review and manage return shipments, including addressing undeliverable and retendering shipments to the correct carriers.
Provide updates to the technical team about any issues or changes in transportation automations
Schedule returns, disposals, or donations with appropriate carriers for U.S. and Canadian operations.
Update internal documentation and maintain accurate records of returns and shipping processes.
Monitor aging returns and ensure timely follow-ups.
Engage in assigned logistics continuous improvement projects and participate in weekly meetings to discuss operational performance.
Work Shift - 9 am to 5 pm CST
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of previous supply chain, manufacturing, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation
Experience and proficiency in SAP, Transportation Management System (TMS), and Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and Power BI.
