What you need to know about this position:
This person must be capable of holistically understanding business problems that are presented in the strategy, from the perspective of markets, categories, competition, consumption, and purchase dynamics, based on internal and external data sources, and to translate that information into insights with business impact.
This position is responsible for all categories market forecasting.
Deep understanding in macroeconomic context, consume behavior and data base story telling are needed.
Education / Certifications:
Degree in careers such as Economy, Actuary Business Administration or related fields.Post graduate degree or certification in related areas like Business Analytics, Data Analytics or Data Science (preferred)Job specific requirements:
Excellent communication and data base story telling skills.Negotiation Skills, capable of persuasion, influence and with good interpersonal relations.Proactive and with horizontal and vertical leading skills.Ability to solve business problems and identify Risks and Opportunities based in data using Analytics skills.Extract strategic business insights from data and efficiently communicate them to stakeholders from different areas and several seniorities.Knowledge leading predict models developing to estimate markets, shares, trends and use them to leverage the business.Understand the applications and implications of Data Science and the impact on business decisions through evidence gathered from data.Knowledge working with prescriptive and predictive tools like PYTHON, R, Alteryx.
