You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing space, range and distribution to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments and track and measure performance of space against forecast plans.

How you will contribute

You will: 

Deliver our Mondelēz International Perfect Store agenda identifying relevant growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implement/develop actionable measuresDesign Picture of Success for our key customers in regard of shelf, secondary placement and promotion efficiencyLead Category Management projects with key customersEquip Sales Teams with relevant materials and tools and train/steer them to efficiently execute perfect store related topics. Support development of annual trade negotiations.Develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business of Mondelēz International in light of perfect store related topicsClose collaboration with multiple functions internally and external stakeholders

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

Development of execution strategy at point of sale, understand execution needs (displays, POP material)

Important launches/temporaries, executions at the point of sale (align with Mkt/Trade Mkt.

Display planning strategy

Execute merchandising and marketing strategies, ensuring that "Perfect Store" standards are maintained

Identify areas of improvement and opportunities in displays

Communication with suppliers for display development

Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, sales operations, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth operations

Communication and alignment with global team for brand identity and execution

Education / Certifications:

Business/marketing degree or for purposes

Job specific requirements:

Advanced English

Advanced Excel

knowledge of different sales channels

Preferably someone who knows sales field
