 DW-7: Jr/Mid Level Support Analyst in Chicago, IL (contract to hire)

o   VERY URGENT- this project was scheduled to start on March 2nd so we need someone ASAP who can start ASAP

o   Need someone with level 1 and level 2 IT support & someone who has experience doing support in the Transit industry

 

 

 

Jr/Mid Support Analyst

This position will be day shift.

MUST HAVE:
-  2-3 years of Level 1 and Level 2 support experience
-  Prior experience working in an IT support capacity for a Transit company
-  Jr level technical skills including SQL queries, etc.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Prior experience with Trapeze and/or Hastus
