We are seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager with experience in construction management to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within commercial construction and work on local projects.
ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend blueprints.Develop scope of work documents and bid packages for subcontractors.Find and qualify new subcontractors for the bid and selection process.Compile bid estimates and communicate with clients.Develop construction schedules.Develop, execute, and manage contracts and change orders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Essential SkillsBachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management or related field.2+ years of experience within the construction field.Experience with project management software.Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsConstruction managementProject managementProject coordinationDesignInterior renovationCommercial constructionPreconstructionRFIPermittingCommercial construction managementWork Environment
This is an onsite position based in our West Chester office. The role will involve working in the office and will not require visiting job sites. As part of our growing company, you will have the chance to work on exciting new projects and contribute to our continued success.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
