Jr Sales Representative

The Jr. Sales Representative engages with clients and customers through video conferencing, phone, email, and trade shows. The position reports to the Business Development Director. The Jr. Sales Rep works with an experienced sales team, and frequently interacts with customers and internal staff to provide solutions and promote the company's specialty design and construction services.

Essential Functions:

Prospecting through networking, attending trade shows and email marketing as well as following up on leads provided by market research team. Build customer relationships and guide internal communications to improve our visibility, brand, and reputation Carry out sales meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements Identify growth opportunities and potential strategic partnerships Present and consult with clients to the benefits of Landmark structures products and services Develop and implement sales strategies for bid and negotiated work Work with customers and 3rd party engineering firms to Work frequently within a CRM to manage and record information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3 year of sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals Ability to be proactive, succeed independently, and handle a demanding environment

Desired Qualifications

Advanced capabilities: presentation, publishing, analytic, database and content management applications Experience in the water/wastewater, heavy steel construction, or industrial market segment

Travel Requirements

This position could require up to 10% travel (negotiable)
