Job Description:

This role reports to the SRM Head & the main purpose is to lead the digital transformation, establishing priorities, due dates and guiding a
multifunctional team with local, regional & global stakeholders. As well, the design of advanced analytical tools, predictive models &
clear processes for the different SRM levers.

What are we looking for?Minimum of college degree. Preferable an advanced degree or comparable advanced experience (traditional channel) is a plusKnowledge / Experience +2 years SRM Experience working in a FMCG or PCG company (Preferred).Experience working with data sources, drawing out key insights & forming recommendations based on solid commercial knowledge and strong linkage to business strategy (Preferred).A track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results (Desirable traditional channel).Comfortable presenting to Sr. Leaders, strategic forums and local teams; proven ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts, strategies and tactics · Proven commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem-solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.What will be your key responsibilities?As part of SRM transformation team, the role collaborates closely with key stakeholders such as: GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, Regional
SRM teams, Local teams & Sales Finance leaders to stablish short and medium term strategies. This role has the following critical
areas of responsibility:
· Detect gaps in the actual SRM way of working to leverage processes, tools, etc
· Provide expert guidance to set & stablish automated activities
· Data driven recommendations
· Build digital tools from zero that can be scalable
· Establish & follow key KPI´s that drive the transformation
