ROLE SUMMARY

Execute activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area.As SNO SPOC working with factory and specific end markets to help achieve Area, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Region’s targets.Actively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned factory and end marketTo perform the development of a distribution plan and associated production requirements from factories to End-Markets to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demands throughout the network including new product launches and promotion campaigns.To engage with end markets providing forward looking inventory or supply plans and managing exceptional customer requirements whilst considering and communicating risks and developing contingencies where required.Continuously upskill the technical capabilities and commercial understandingContinuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for achieving optimal plan for the entire planning horizon (FG, WMS, SFG).Ensure activities within the Weekly control cycle process are executed on time in full.Responsible for firming and aligning planned orders in the planning zoneResponsible for monitoring and actioning supply exceptionsResponsible for collaborating with other Production Planners, purchasing planner, production scheduler, and D&I Planner.Responsible for firming and aligning supply and planned orders for production in the planning zone.Responsible for defining and maintaining the resources that are not in source systemCreate Planning BOM and new constraint in KXS Rapid ResponseResponsible for communication with the customer and/or customer service.Responsible for overall inventory within the supply networkResponsible for managing and validating the cumulative planning lead-timesResponsible for resolving and communicating supply issues the impact external demandResponsible for demand & distribution exceptionsResponsible for ensuring constraint availabilityResponsible for transactional and master dataResponsible for demand analysisTo provide finished goods tactical replenishment plan by calculating replenishment requirements on a monthly basis based on monthly demand forecast for the assigned segments of the supply chain.To maintain finished goods stock levels on consolidation warehouse as per the inventory policies individually set for storage location/SKU.To ensure availability of timely and accurate information of replenishment requirements for the rest of the weekly planning processes.To contribute to  regular reviews of inventory policies for finished goods and on storage location/SKU level.Identify potential inventory liabilities / issues and escalate.To manage exceptional requests through the supply chain to ensure the most effective response whilst balancing the needs of the end market, other customers and Operations.To manage orders, forecasts and the end market portfolios.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

At least 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, NPI), preferably in a production planning role.Excellent analytical and planning skillsGood customer engagement skillsInfluential and convincingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in using ERP systems (eg SAP, APO) is desirableFluency in EnglishSAP and APO knowledge desiredBS in Business Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Administration, or any equivalent qualifications.
