Jr Account Manager - Facility Maintenance Services (Remote)
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance and Construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years, operating 24/7. We are seeking an Jr level account Manager to join our team and help manage our retail and facility services accounts. This is an ideal position for someone wanting to enhance their account management experience. We are looking for someone with retail or facilities account management experience.

The Jr Account Manager will play a pivotal role within the account management team. They will work with senior Account Managers to learn our business, process, and system while developing the skills and experience needed to eventually lead their own accounts. This position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a leader to work with our customers to ensure service levels are being met.The ideal candidate with have experience working with and/or managing facility services or maintenance and retail management.

Job Requirements:
+ At least 3 years of account management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a retail general management role.
+ Previous experience in managing accounts within the facility maintenance or construction industries is a plus
+ A stable employment record, with at least 5 years spent with one company (no job-hopping).
+ Leadership experience - a leader not a follower
+ Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
+ Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using computers, phones, and other systems.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Facility maintenance or construction industry experience is preferred.
