Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our client's finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience and grow with us. Job Responsibilities: + Assist with preparing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. + Support month-end and year-end closing activities. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. + Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review. + Help with the preparation of tax filings and documentation. + Assist in monitoring budgets and expenditures. + Provide support for audits and assist with gathering necessary information. + Maintain accurate and organized financial files and records. + Perform other accounting-related duties as needed. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar is a plus). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Prior internship or related experience is preferred, but not required.
