Jr. Accountant
Job Title: Jr. AccountantJob Description This Jr. Accountant will be responsible for mainly supporting Accounts Payable (A/P) in the beginning by processing invoices, matching them with purchase orders, performing the weekly check run, and working with vendors. Once they pick up A/P, they will be trained on other accounting responsibilities such as recording journal entries and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities + Process invoices + Perform 3-way match with purchase orders + Perform weekly check run + Maintain vendor records + Navigate within spreadsheets in Excel + Record journal entries + Reconcile accounts Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience processing over 200 invoices a week + 3+ years of experience matching purchase orders to invoices + 3+ years of experience performing the weekly check run + 3+ years of vendor maintenance experience + Ability to navigate within spreadsheets in Excel + Proficiency within a large-scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with invoice processing + Experience with 3-way match + Experience with vendor maintenance + Experience with reconciliation and journal entry Work Environment Onsite Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
