About This Job
Position provides broad support to the Bank and is exposed to multiple business lines in the areas of credit, lending, and operations through the analyst training. There are a number of different groups within the Bank in which an analyst may be placed. This is an immersive program for candidates interested in gaining exposure to mortgage banking, credit, risk management, compliance, lending, operations, and other business functional areas. This is a 1.5-year full-time opportunity with formal rotations designed to provide a broad overview to the industry in support of business needs across critical functional areas of the bank. At the conclusion, analysts have the opportunity to become a full-time employee within one of the related business units based on current opportunities, company needs, and desired career path and skillset.
