Lithia & Driveway |Junior Brand Designer

The Junior Brand Designer is responsible for working in concert with the Advertising Management Team and collaborating to ensure timely and efficient production of advertisements and campaigns. This individual will perform a variety of functions to create and produce advertisements, collateral pieces, and graphics to meet the specifications and advertising needs of our dealerships and company as a whole.

Responsibilities

Create consistent advertisements utilizing the elements of designCreate of monthly brand offer templatesCollaborate with Brand team members to develop and launch campaigns/projectsMeet and adhere to production deadlines/timeframesComprehend and interpret layouts in a variety of mediumsImprove and hone skills based on Director, Supervisor and Client feedbackPerform other duties related to production or as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationBachelor’s degree in Graphic DesignExperience in ad creation and productionWorking knowledge of computer ad systems and office equipmentWorking knowledge of printing processes and pre-press productionExperience in ad creation and production
