Target Range:

$22.00 /Hr. - $26.00 /Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

This full-time rotational program is geared toward providing multi-software platform exposure that focuses on the expansion of knowledge and real-life application within each. We are seeking innovative and energetic individuals who are excited about expanding their skill sets and accelerating their career path with immediate exposure to software applications.

For this position, you will be in the Martech Personalization Rotational Program where you will be joining the Axos’ Centers of Excellence group. You will get to be a part of a team responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge software driven solutions. As you progress through the program, you will rotate into different complementary areas within Martech where roles and responsibilities will change. The final goal of the program is permanent placement within your area of focus. For those looking to make an impact this is where it begins.

In this role you will be focused on 3 main platforms:
• Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio): Personalization platform we use at the bank.
• Pendo: A Digital Adoption Platform used to analyze user in-app behavior, collect feedback, and design feature adoption experiences.
• Branch: a mobile linking and measurement platform that helps businesses improve customer experience and optimize campaign performance.

This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

Develop and thoughtfully scale personalization use-cases across our website, Online Banking Platform, etc. to optimize for customer engagement and lifetime valueAnalyze user and campaign data to identify patterns and insights that can inform personalization effortsBuild and maintain personalization algorithms and tools to deliver dynamic content and experiencesMonitor and optimize personalization initiatives to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver a positive ROICollaborate with the Marketing and Business Units to surface requirements for new MarTech requestsDevelop documentation including business process maps and procedures around MarTech development work

Requirements:

Preferred:

1+ year's working in an office environment or recent college graduateExperience using HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience using SQL
