Prepare and present financial performance metrics, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement. Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closings, including variance analysis. Support senior analysts and managers in ad hoc projects and decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus. Familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively. High attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
