The Industrial-OpEX Engineer leads the manufacturing plant's tactical capacity planning processes (RRP or Gameplan); measures, analyzes, and integrates the capacity, maintains, and improves the production model incorporating all the complexities through an organized, efficient, and flexible method easy to understand which can anticipate risks.

Provide sustaining with guided supervision in the following tasks

Operations video recording

Time study or the Creation of line balance

Labor standard calculation

Line Inventory definition (WIP)

Layout drawing and Implementation

Savings calculation

SPQDC change control of Standard work Kaizen events

Standard work and 5'S visual sheets development

Value stream mapping Kaizen

What will you need to be successful?

Education:

BSc in Industrial Engineering, Process and quality Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or relevant advanced education and proven experience

Licenses/ Certifications:

Desired: LSSGB, SMPC, SPOPC ISO 13485 certification, CAPM, PMP

Experience:

No experience required
