Assist Lead electrician when needed and perform maintenance of electrical systems. Perform manual carpentry repairs. Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.

Replace light bulbs and ballasts Fix locks, replace windows Clean shops and maintain equipment in an orderly fashion Painting and carpentry Maintain fire extinguishers and fire alarm systems Snow removal Assist with recycling Respond to other needs as requested by management Emergency response when needed Valid driver's license required
