Jr. Organizational Change Manager
Job Description An employer in the gas turbine manufacturing industry is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join the hybrid onsite team in San Diego. This person will be responsible for facilitating communication between different business units as the client retires their Cognos system. This person will develop visually appealing and informative presentations and decks to communicate changes, updates, and progress to stakeholders, and they will present those materials to stakeholders. They will act as a liaison between IT and various business units to ensure smooth communication and understanding during the Cognos system retirement process. They will assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans. This person will also gather feedback from stakeholders and business units to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful change adoption, as well as maintain accurate records of communication, presentations, and feedback. Skills and Requirements 2-5 years of experience as an Organizational Change Manager or Project Manager Experience working on organizational change within an IT organization, managing at least two enterprise level projects Comfortable managing an organizational plan Must be an excellent communicator, comfortable with speaking and presenting to various stakeholders up to the VP level Ability to create visually compelling presentations and decks in PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in communications related field Experience using AzureDevOps as a PM tool (or experience using any PM tools) Experience working in an agile environment null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
