Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly-motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Jr. Pega Application Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Build and deliver software products within a product line.
Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
Identify and resolve software issues.
Plan and execute the delivery process.
Qualifications Required Skills Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience with case management system development.Bachelor's degree; 1 year of Systems Development experience.Pega System Architect certification.Pega 8 experience.Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.Professional Skill Requirements:Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Desire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Experience with Scrum.Experience with Pega Software Application Development.Able to work independently with little to no oversight.About Us
