We are seeking a junior Technical Program Manager to assist the head of AI Program Management at PanasonicWELL. This strategic role requires excellent communication, a self-starter mentality, strong leadership skills, and an aptitude for being nimble in ambiguous situations. You will be responsible for assisting the Head of the PMO with overseeing the development and execution of program strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence.

In this role:
Drive design operations programs from intake to final delivery
Help operationalize current design systems and own governance and maintenance of projects
Drive the adoption of new methodologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.
Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects.

Must Haves:
Bachelors or higher from a reputable university
4-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from a startup environment
Proven aptitude for design operations from intake to final delivery, including driving governance and maintenance of design-related initiatives
High-level proficiency in Confluence and Jira
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter mentality
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
