Jr. Project Coordinator
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join an Information Security team at a large financial services enterprise. This role requires a proactive individual with strong data management skills and the ability to automate processes using Excel, and or Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Support Third Party Risk group who is responsible for conducting intercompany risk assessments and due diligence for third parties. Assist with follow-ups, coordinating through email and Teams with appropriate parties. Coordinate and schedule meetings. Clean and manage data efficiently. Identify opportunities for process automation using Excel or by creating dashboards Utilize AI for data analysis, automation, and reporting. Skills and Requirements - 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Data Analyst experience from a large enterprise - Coordinating meetings with team members and following up with team members for task delivery via Teams or Email - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create formulas, VLOOKUPS, analyze large data sets, and ability to develop (VBA) - Manage Sharepoint sites - Strong data management and analytical skills. - Ability to automate data processes. - Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication skills - Power BI to create dashboards and automate tasks - Banking experience - Security knowledge (risk) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
