Robert Half has an opening in our Full-Time Engagement Professionals program for a Jr. Property Accountant in San Francisco. In this permanent job, you will join our consulting program where you will partner with various clients of ours on project based work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some property accounting exposure and wants to build their overall experience!!! This first project will be a 1 year long project for one of our Property Management clients, then will evolve to additional projects for our clients in the real-estate, property management, and affordable housing sectors.
Day-to-day:
+ Process full cycle accounts payable
+ Process accounts receivable for multiple properties, including posting tenant rent payments and additional revenue streams
+ Code journal entries and perform account reconciliations
+ Code invoices and expenses to various projects (job costing)
+ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Requirements
+ 2+ years of Accounting experience in the construction and/or property management or real estate sector
+ Prior experience using MRI, Yardi, RealPage, or another property management software is required
+ Bachelors of Science in Business, Accounting, or Finance is ideal although not required; Associates or Certificate in Accounting or similar is required
