Summary: Seeking a Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and execute testing plans, scripts, and handle level-2 customer support calls for application issues.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science or Technology-related fields

3 years of Quality Assurance experience

Manual testing for web applications

Hands-on experience writing scripts

Proficiency with Jira and TestRail

Knowledge of Git and Jenkins for CI/CD

Understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Skills:

Functional knowledge of Java, Selenium Web Driver, TestNg

Job Responsibilities:

Develop functional, integration, and regression testing approaches, plans, and scripts for all applications

Coordinate with business and technical members to determine testable elements of designs

Execute testing scripts and oversee their execution in functional, integration, and regression testing

Log and track bugs discovered during testing to closure

Summarize and report on the progress of testing daily and weekly

Document end results of all types of testing

Handle level-2 customer support calls related to application issues; triage them with the development team and provide timely resolutions to end-users

Pay: 30-34

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
