City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a full-time Jr. Sales Executive for our Franchise location in Fort Wayne.
We are looking for entry-level aspiring sales professionals, that are self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. This Jr. Sales Executive will start off learning our business by being the lead prospector for our sales team, helping set appointments, coordinating current accounts, and growing our business.
As we grow- you grow! With the right candidate and success, this position earns the opportunity to become full-time and follow a clearly defined path to outside sales, running your own territory, with uncapped commissions. Target time frame: 6 months- 1 year.

The primary responsibility of the Jr. Sales Executive is to make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective client’s janitorial services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Other main duties and responsibilities:
* Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services
* Make 200 sales calls per week to prospective clients.
* Schedule qualified appointments for City Wide’s outside sales team (Goal of 2 or more a week)
* Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set.
* Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
* Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management
* Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate
* Other duties as necessary
Requirements
High school diploma required. Sales background preferred. B2B sales experience. Highly organized, and able to follow a systematic method and sales process. Customer service-oriented Highly effective communication skills. Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Prior experience using CRM systems is preferred. Availability: Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5:00 pmBenefits:

Starting salary is $18/hour, plus monthly non-discretionary bonuses, and monthly opportunities to earn additional PTO based on goals.
Target Compensation:
Part Time: $30k - Full Time : $60k earning potential.
