Jr. Sales Representative
Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Jr. Sales Representative to join their team in Fort Lee, NJ. They are a world leader in distribution & supply of chemicals and other raw materials. This individual will work with our senior members to help develop markets and drive revenue. A successful candidate will have tremendous opportunity for career growth. You will learn the business from the ground up. This is a great role for someone who wants to get their foot in the door of a growing import/export company with business and offices around the world. Responsibilities:   Cultivate, evaluate, negotiate and close sales opportunities and purchase agreements.   Actively market products including reporting on those activities for lead and sales tracking.   Determine customer needs and identify products to meet those needs   Foster strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers   Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's chemical and polymer product lines as well as the variety of industries in which these products are utilized   Grow and manage pipeline accounts and provide regular, accurate forecasts   Calling producers in certain industries to introduce the company and their products, getting companies interested in discussing how our products could assist in the production process. Skills and Requirements Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or relevant field.   1-3 Years of sales experience or Industry experience   Sales Acumen & ability to connect with individuals within all levels of company structure.
