The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our clients in leading workshops, understanding their business processes and requirements, designing and presenting solutions and testing SAP functionality. The primary focus is on reviewing customers' current business processes, systems and solutions and documenting the high-level as-is and to-be processes based on SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role requires a broad understanding of SAP Federal Financial Accounting processes and solutions. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • The Jr. Business Process Functional Consultant facilitates business process workshops to collect business requirements and translates them to system requirements with the ability to identify gaps, issues and work-around solutions. • Supports and/or facilitates workshops to gather and validate business and system requirements relating to SAP Financials • Identifies business process solutions that enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. • Identifies business process pain points and provides process improvement feedback. • Supports the functional and technical teams in designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet customer requirements. • Designs and creates user stories, test scripts and test data needed for solution validation. • Tests SAP S/4HANA configuration within the FI, CO, FM, PS and other modules. • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives, recommends necessary software modifications to satisfy clients' needs. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship. • 1-2 years of SAP experience. • Experience/exposure to SAP Public Sector Module. • Exposure/experience in business process workshop design and/or facilitation and SAP best practices. • Experience in public sector financial business process design, reengineering and/or configuration and testing of process scenarios. • Ability to facilitate customer discussions and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements. • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to analyze problems, hypothesize proposed solutions and provide clear recommendations. • Strong organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $165,200.00.
