Jr. ServiceNow Developer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is currently looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer with agile methodology experience who will provide their expertise to the implementation and development initiatives for the ServiceNow platform. As a member of the will need to design, create, deploy, and maintain multiple ServiceNow applications. You will also, manage and participate in designing and developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Dashboards, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules in a remote environment. **Responsibilities:** + Create, augment, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its configured components. + Perform as an experienced Software Developer in design, development, coding, testing, and implementation. + Debugging new software or providing complex enhancements to existing software. + Working closely with business analysts, internal and external customers to obtain requirements. + Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data source. + Create, customize, and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows. + Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow developers to develop solutions. + Provide expertise on technical questions related to development on of Service. + Troubleshoot production problems related to ServiceNow custom applications. + Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. + Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Role. **Qualifications:** + College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a completed degree. + US Citizenship required + Must be able to obtain a Confidential clearance required by the customer + 1+ Years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc. + At least 2 – 4 years of related development experience. + Must have Certified System Administrator certification and be current on Delta exams through Washington, DC. + Hands on experience creating and modifying Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, Notifications, Email scripts, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, etc. + Hands on experience writing low and medium complexity JavaScript in Business Rules, Script Includes, and Custom ACLs. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
