Responsibilities: + Collaborating with the accounting team to oversee and streamline the billing process. + Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner. + Reconciling billing accounts and coordinating with customers to resolve any issues. + Identifying and implementing improvements in the billing system. + Assisting with monthly closing of accounts. + Preparing financial reports and statements as required. + Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + At least 1-year accounting or billing experience is a plus. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting/Billing software. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and organization. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently when required.
