**About This Job**
Air and Space Force Solutions (ASFS), a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Junior Systems Administrator supporting the Siemens Teamcenter PLM product and other application products supporting ASFS programs. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
+ Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Teamcenter PLM system, including user management, workflow management, and data management
+ Create and manage Teamcenter user accounts, including assigning roles and permissions
+ Configure and manage Teamcenter workflows, including creating and editing workflow definitions
+ Manage Teamcenter data, including creating and editing data models, and importing and exporting data
+ Develop and deploy Teamcenter reports and dashboards, including creating and editing report definitions
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of Teamcenter integrations, including integrations with other systems and applications
+ Participate in the testing and evaluation of Teamcenter customizations, including custom workflows, reports, and integrations
+ Provide training and support to Teamcenter users, including training on new features and functionality
+ Monitor and maintain system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
+ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
+ Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backup and restore procedures
+ Assist in the implementation of security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
+ Any other duties, as assigned

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Education and Experience Requirements are as follows:**
A technical degree in computer science, or other related IT degree, and years of relevant experience for this position are as follows:
+ HS diploma and 7 years of related experience, or
+ BS/BA and 3 years of related experience, or
+ MA/MS with 2 years of related experience
**Experience and skills in the following** **:**
+ Basic understanding of IT principles, including operating systems, networking, and database management
+ Experience with the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Teamcenter
+ Experience implementing security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
+ Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
+ Basic knowledge of SQL databases and query languages
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures and protocols

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:**

+ Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM or other PLM systems as a Systems Administrator
+ Knowledge of Teamcenter administration tools, including Teamcenter Server, Teamcenter Client, and Teamcenter Web
+ Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell, and automation tools, such as Ansible or SaltStack
+ Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes
+ Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
+ Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
+ Certification in a relevant technology, such as Teamcenter, Windows Server, or Linux
+ Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
+ Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data analytics
+ Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
+ Top Secret clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $61830 - $105120
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
