Jr. Technology Client Care & CMMS System Administrator
**Job Description Summary**
This role will be accountable for CMMS administration for several accounts at the Property Service Center (PSC) in St. Louis, MO, along with performing 25% Technology Client Care support for a specific account at the PSC.
**Job Description**
**Project Management and Solution Implementation** :
+ Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
+ Document system features and requirements, develop project scopes and objectives, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
+ Track and measure project performance, manage tasks, and delegate appropriately.
+ Maintain accurate client records with weekly status reports and updates.
**Assist in Solution Development for Clients** :
+ Validate new software, integration, or configuration changes with internal resources.
+ Prepare resource requirements and validate account requirements and costs for new clients.
**FAMIS 360 CMMS System Administration** :
+ Drive best practices within FAMIS 360 across the PSC accounts.
+ Configure property settings, manage user security profiles, and assist with data loading.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for FAMIS 360-related inquiries and support issues.
+ Monitor and address system-generated support requests and coordinate with C&W IT for system issues.
+ Manage user additions and removals, oversee pick list values, and maintain deployed modules.
+ Provide or coordinate ongoing training activities.
**Qualifications** :
+ Strong understanding of FAMIS 360 and related integrated systems.
+ Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in system administration tasks, including user management and configuration.
+ Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing system-related issues.
+ Familiarity with property management and compliance requirements.
+ Strong knowledge in Real Estate Facilities Management preferred.
