As a leading provider of land, commercial and multifamily financing, the team combines robust lender relationships, industry-leading deal volume and a strong platform to deliver innovative options for any mortgage financing requirement. **About You** The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting originators throughout the entire commercial mortgage transaction process from deal origination through to completion and post funding including but not limited to: + Underwriting, including financial statement analysis + Obtaining required documentation from relevant parties + Preparing lender presentations + Managing the funding process + Liaising with borrowers, CMHC and lenders **What we require** The successful candidate should have a college diploma or university degree in business, finance, accounting, math, or real estate.
