In this role, you'll design and optimize sales pages, software pages, and other web projects that drive growth and engagement. Your Impact: + Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly sales pages and software sales pages that align with Vagaro's brand and business goals. + Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to create high-converting landing pages that drive sales and lead generation. + Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Design teams to ensure design consistency across all web properties. + Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website performance. + Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web pages. + Apply CSS to bring designs to life, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. + Collaborate with developers and other team members for successful design implementation. + Use web analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales pages. + Optimize web graphics and images for seamless loading times and performance. + Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques. + Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites to improve aesthetics and functionality. + Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with project goals. + Contribute creative input to enhance the overall design process. What You Bring: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. + Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. + Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and other design tools. + Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. + Ability to create responsive designs that work across different devices and browsers. + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. + Ability to adapt, pivot, and incorporate feedback. + A passion for design trends, digital innovation, and continuous learning. What Sets You Apart: + Familiarity with React and Tailwind CSS. + Experience using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems. + Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in web design. + Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. + Experience or willingness to learn Hygraph.
