JT294 - SANITATION ASSEMBLER III

In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsabilities: + Perform production inspections and document results while monitoring molding machine. + Weigh count production, pack parts and accurately label the production. + Responsible for accurate documentation per GDPs onto production and quality records, cleaning forms, batch folders, etc. as the part specifications require. + Perform clean room requirements per SOP and/or part specification + Sanitize machinery, equipment, pipes, tanks and mixing rooms, filling and "Preparation Room" area. + Disassemble machinery, equipment, pipes to be sanitized.  + Weigh, measure, and mix sanitation solution ingredients according to procedures. • Take water samples required in the sanitation procedure. + Assemble machinery, equipment and pipes. + Carry out the required tests on the filters and required assembly. + Fill out the documentation required by the procedures. + Assure 100% compliance in trainings required. + Lifts heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. approximately) by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area. + Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. + Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. + Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies. + Must be able to keep the work area in clean and safe conditions.  Qualifications: + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one (1) to three (3) years related experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.  + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.   + Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the immediate supervisor or group leader.   + Ability to communicate, read, write and understand English/Spanish languages.  + Available for 3rd shift Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity,, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
