In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA Responsibilities: + Develops and applies computer aided design (CAD) software engineering methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems. + Assessing architecture and hardware limitations, plans technical projects in the design and development of CAD software. + Defines and selects new approaches and implementation of CAD software engineering applications and design specifications and parameters. + Develops routines and utility programs. Prepares design specifications, analysis and recommendations for presentation and approval. + May specify materials, equipment and supplies required for completion of projects and may evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services Qualifications: + Bachelor Degree in Engineering. + Four (4) year of previous experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry. + Mid-level Control/Systems Engineering with experience of connecting to machines both PLC and PC controlled and knowledge of Kepware and Ignition. + Ability to connect new sensors and determine best way to get data from these or back to the machine PLC. + Ability to work with site to define LAN drops and switch installs etc organise downtime windows for machine upgrades / LAN drop installs etc. + Knowledge of Databases and PC application (Telegraf). + Allen Bradley PLC + Application of statistical and analytical methods such as SPC, SQC, and DOE. + Automations and Control Engineer + Machine Integration + Available for 1st shift Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity,, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
