In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities: + Receive returned products or those identified as non-conforming and review the related documentation. + Conduct a detailed analysis to identify the cause of the non-conformity. + Record findings and prepare detailed reports on non-conforming products, including descriptions and recommendations. + Work alongside other departments (production, quality, logistics) to communicate findings and propose solutions. + Participate in continuous improvement meetings and contribute to the optimization of processes and quality standards. + Attend training sessions and stay updated on regulations and quality standards. + Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.  + Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performs detailed mathematical calculations. + Provides engineering support to the manufacturing line. Conducts experiments / tests for engineers. + Collects and analyzes numeric data. + Assists in the adequate disposition to non-conforming product/material (P.R.B.).
