HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Earn a $1,500 monthly stipend while you finish the last 9 months of your Respiratory Therapy education.

MercyOne will reimburse your board and licensure fees.

Once you have your licensure, start your career with MercyOne (18-month retention requirement).

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Care program

Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
