Goals:Generate revenue by maintaining and expanding customer base through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services to customers. Make sales lead and close both recurring sales and Capital. Responsibilities + Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals + Performing effective market penetration and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for Solta devices + Maintain accurate monthly and weekly forecasting + Recommend new products and upgraded products in existing accounts by identifying needs to be filled and introducing products and services + Drive cross sell/upgrade at user accounts and selling an additional product at affiliate accounts by collaborating with account managers in the territoryAR collection for T&M & service contract within company payment term + Identify market potential by qualifying accounts + Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; interviewing key customers; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements + Develops sales by explaining product and specifications and additions; conducting product demonstration + Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining user program and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts + Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products + Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, sales activities and marketing programs. + Maintain sales, clinical and marketing knowledge by reviewing professional publications; attending academic workshops; establishing personal networks Requirements Academic Degree 4-year degree Certificates & License Driver’s license Experiences 2~3 years sales experience in medical device or/and pharmaceuticals.
