Rapid Care Transcription, Inc. is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. This person will manage accounting and financial tasks as assigned to ensure Rapid Care Transcription, Inc’s overall financial health.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years corporate accounting experience, proficiency with Net Suite Accounting Software and Excel, strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting procedures and processes - Assist CFO in financial reporting, records and general ledgers for consistent accounting. Perform day to day accounting entries and assist in month end close process. Collaborate in budget and forecasting.Treasury - Oversee multiple bank accounts, prepare cash forecasts, and monthly bank reconciliationsEnsure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, manage tax payments/returns and prepare for audits based on regional and industry-specific Provide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and global team members to ensure smooth financial operations for multiple US entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldMinimum of 3 years corporate accounting experienceStrong problem -solving skills and independent thinkingDeep knowledge of accounting principlesAbility to manage multiple organizationsExcellent written and verbal communicationsAbility to handle information confidentially Proficiency with Net Suite accounting softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS ExcelProven experience meeting regular deadlines
