Step 1 - To apply: follow this link: Clements Fluids Career Page (https://clementsfluids.applytojob.com/apply/QKdGhjvlII/Outside-Sales-Representative) Step 2 - Must complete: Clements Fluids Survey (https://go.cultureindex.com/s/C37ingzcI8) Step 3 - Be sure to share with us how you will help us take this role to the next level!   Key Responsibilities: + Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management + Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely. + Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively. + Month-End Close Support + Assist in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. + Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense allocation. + Support accruals and adjustments for financial accuracy. + Financial Data Analysis & Reconciliation + Analyze transactions to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas. + Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts. + Provide data insights to improve efficiency and financial accuracy. + Process Improvement & Compliance + Identify and implement improvements in AP/AR processes to increase efficiency. + Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and industry regulations. + Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews. + Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Projects + Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to support accounting needs. + Assist in financial reporting and forecasting efforts as needed. + Support other accounting functions, including special projects and system implementations. Required Skills & Qualifications: + 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Proficiency in accounting software, quick books and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). NetSuites a plus + Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness. + High analytical ability to interpret complex financial information. + Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. + Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot financial discrepancies. + Self-driven and able to work autonomously, efficiently handling tasks as they arise.
