We will count on you to:
Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of data audits for the cleaning and processing of executive and long-term incentive survey data
Assist with peer review of executive survey data and long-term incentive valuations
Conduct research on a regular basis of organizations and their associated structure that will be used in the maintenance of tools for consistent organization data cleaning across surveys
Conduct research on executive compensation within specific organizations on an as needed basis
Handle client and consultant interactions regarding executive and long-term incentive data upon request
Assist with the production of products that pertain to executive and long-term incentive data
Provide analytical support for consulting projects with regard to ExecRem/LTI data
What you need to have:
Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, business is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Time management and project management skills
What makes you stand out:
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics and option pricing models (i.e. Black - Scholes)
Basic knowledge of executive compensation and/or long-term incentive data
Database management software skills
