Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam.
1–6 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
Background in high-tech or life sciences fields is preferred, but not required.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
Participate in proceedings before federal courts and the Patent Office.
Engage in complex analysis of technical and scientific concepts related to patent disputes.
