THE ROLE
Reporting to the Automation & CRM Support Lead, we’re looking for a proactive Junior Application Specialist to join our Automation & CRM Support team. In our team, you’ll manage our JIRA Service Desk, by handling incidents and service requests, and keep our UiPath and Salesforce systems running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will also include configuring and monitoring virtual machines, managing processes in UiPath Orchestrator, performing Salesforce admin tasks, and helping to resolve recurring issues, keeping our house organized. A foundational understanding of UiPath and Salesforce, strong problem-solving skills, and great communication abilities to understand the problem of the reporter and sell our solution are quintessential. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile frameworks is highly appreciated. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic team environment. WHAT YOU'LL DOIncident and Service Request Management:- Act as the 1st line gatekeeper for our JIRA Service Desk, proactively monitor and resolve issues with UiPath and Salesforce.- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, accommodate urgent changes, and manage service requests efficiently.
Problem Management:- Identify recurring issues, support conducting root cause analysis, and help implement solutions.
System Administration:- Manage UiPath processes, queues, assets, triggers, and virtual machines.- Perform Salesforce admin tasks, including user setup, profile management, customization, integrations, and reporting.- Monitor system health and stay updated on best practices.
Stakeholder Communication and Documentation:- Provide updates, gather feedback and maintain clear documentation.
