Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will produce construction drawings using Revit for single-family residential projects. You will be involved in multiple phases of projects from inception through completion, including schematic design and design development. You will report directly to the Project Manager and conduct site visits as needed.
ResponsibilitiesProduce construction drawings using Revit for single-family residential projects.Participate in multiple phases of projects from inception through completion.Engage in schematic design and design development.Report directly to the Project Manager.Conduct site visits as needed.Essential SkillsProficient in Revit and able to produce construction drawings.Experience in residential architecture, particularly single-family projects.1-3 years of experience in architecture.Ability to produce construction document sets.Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with multifamily residential projects is a plus.Strong skills in architectural design, drafting, and design development.Knowledge of construction documentation and detail.Experience with CAD and BIM tools.Work Environment
Join a design/build firm in downtown Lyndhurst, NJ, specializing in high-end single-family residential projects. Our firm offers a hybrid work environment with up to 2 days of remote work per week. We have a small, collaborative architectural team, providing opportunities for growth and career development, including the potential to become a Project Manager with experience.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
