Position summary
We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, attention to detail, and a passion for design. As a Junior Art Director, you will collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling concepts across multiple platforms, helping to bring our clients' brands to life through engaging visuals and designs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital projects. Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop cohesive creative solutions. Develop visual assets including layouts, mockups, and prototypes for presentations and final deliverables. Ensure that all designs align with the client’s brand guidelines and objectives. Support the Senior Art Director in the refinement of creative concepts and designs. Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve and innovate. Work on a variety of media including print, digital, social media, and video content.Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role are appreciated, ideally within a creative or advertising agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design versatility. Basic understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to work well in a team, take direction, and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A passion for creativity and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment. Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.Nice to Have:
Experience with video editing or motion graphics. Familiarity with UX/UI principles. Knowledge of web design or basic HTML/CSS.About Us
