Our client, is seeking a Junior Auditor to join their team. As a Junior Auditor, you will be part of the audit department supporting the construction audit team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Junior Auditor
**Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (On-site)**
**Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour (W2)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct audits of labor and overhead costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Review contracts for adherence to established guidelines and regulations.
+ Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V lookups, and formulas, to analyze data effectively.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in audit processes.
+ Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on audit findings.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 3 years of hands-on audit experience in a relevant field.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
+ Strong understanding of construction audit practices and compliance requirements.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
