- Insight Global is seeking to hire a Junior A/V Project Manager supporting a small technology government integrator in Beltsville, MD. This role will be supporting a Department of State project. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all AV projects from initiation to project closure. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, stakeholders, the customer or client PM representative, internal management & support teams. Additional responsibilities include:
o Coordinating with PMO Support resources to verify development and completion of the project management plan, schedule, cost, etc.
o Leading a team of technical professionals in completing AV projects with tasks regarding technical support, break/fix response, AV design & implementation, and maintenance actions.
o Managing project change orders
o Hosting routine stakeholder meetings to formally communicate project status updates
o Developing project status reports for internal and external delivery
