Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements * The Junior BA will analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights * Assist in the development of business cases and project plans * Support the implementation of new systems and processes * Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback * Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows and requirements specifications * The Junior BA will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals * Provide support and training to end-users as needed
