Overview The Opportunity The Brand Experience (Experiential) team is responsible for delivering best-in-class activations for all brands across the PepsiCo portfolio. From major events to LTO influencer kits, from temporary retail displays to permanent stadium installations, the Brand Experience team touches every facet of the design process. As a Junior Brand Experience designer, you will be an integral part of the growing Brand Experience team. Under the direction and guidance of the Experience Design Manager, the junior designer will demonstrate a keen desire to learn and adapt design-thinking strategies from ideation through to concept development, refinement, and execution. They will be able to create high quality 3D visuals with a keen eye for storytelling and how our brands can come to life in different environments. Successful candidates will be agile, curious, entrepreneurial, and most importantly passionate about pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through design. Why PepsiCo? Responsibilities Designer: Responsible for partnering across different types of design projects. Ideally, he/she has a background in, and enthusiasm for, Interior Design, Architecture or product design. Will have a strong understanding of 3D design and branded environment’s. Great sketching skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts and brand storytelling. Ability for high exploratory creative process via sketching, moodboards, visual identity explorations which stretch brand language to spaces and experiences Creatively adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity Collaborative, able to ideate and construct ideas within a team-based creative environment Qualifications 1-3 years design studio experience. Ideally has BA in either Arcitecture, Interior design or product design. Highly proficient in 3D spatial programs (Cinema 4D, Sketchup) with the ability to create high quality 3D visuals as well as being proficient in Adobe creative suite. Keen interest in latest trends across pop culture, fashion, art, design, music, and technology including AI. Ability to draw and clearly communicate ideas whilst working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of output. Strong portfolio which demonstrates breadth of experience and impeccable taste in design. Driven by curiosity and excitement to discover, explore new technologies and pushing the boundaries of art, design and creativity.
