Junior Buyer

About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our procurement team. You'll play a key role in managing suppliers, negotiating costs, maintaining stock levels, and providing crucial support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers to minimise costs and ensure qualityRaise and manage purchase ordersMonitor stock levels and place timely ordersResolve invoice queries with accountsCoordinate deliveries and returns with transportHandle returns and faulty product replacementsAssist with skip packs for productionProvide additional administrative support when required

Skills & Experience:

Strong teamwork, organisational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office/365 and CRM systemsAttention to detail, speed, and accuracy
