Junior Campaign Coordinator

Nokia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our B2B marketing team in our Cloud and Network Services business group. In this role, you will assist our campaign managers in designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring budget adherence, managing creative materials, and coordinating with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns.  You will work with campaign managers to create frictionless and exceptional digital customer experiences, setting us apart from competitors throughout our buyer’s journey. Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency is essential. International experience or familiarity with diverse cultural markets is preferred. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools). Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role


 

Assist campaign managers with the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful international/global campaign launches. Coordinate logistics for event planning and execution, including vendor communication and support. Support budget tracking and ensure expenditures align with allocated resources. Work with our visual design people and agencies, managing the production of creative materials including graphics, videos, and other assets to ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Write and edit compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, emails, social media, and other channels. Work closely with campaign managers to take messaging/narrative elements and insights from subject matter experts and create integrated digital content elements for multiple channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with generating reports for review.
